Here is a new kind of celebration cakes I have been making for birthdays recently with a lot of appraises.
It’s a 3-layerwith vanilla cake on the bottom, raspberry mouse on a bed of lychees in the middle, and topped with rose cream. The cake is very light in mouth with delicate flowery and fruity flavors. The delicious combination of raspberry/lychee/rose comes from Pierre Herme’s Ispahan creation and has always been a huge success in Paris.
Nevertheless I can customize the Celebration Cake in any flavor combinations: matcha vanilla or chocolate/creme brulee/pear, or durian… 🙂 You name your favorite flavors, the sky is the limit!
